CAGIVA International Meeting 2026
June 26-28. MC Camp Fyn, Rudmevej 3A, 5750 Ringe, Denmark
Friday:
From 14.00 Check in and event registration starts
19:00 – ??.?? Dinner. The barbeque will be lit, and we prepare our own food.
To be paid for on site. Socializing and beer drinking
Saturday:
08.00 - 10.00 Breakfast Buffet. To be paid for at the campsite
11.00 - 15.00 Road tour. We will drive together through the landscape of
Funen. There will be a stop at the local moto cross track
for those who wish to try it out.
Stop for lunch around 13.00. To be paid for on site.
16.00 - 18-00 Short ride from campsite to Ringe Downtown or lake, for bike
exhibitioning and fotographing.
19.00 – 21.00 Dinner. Traditonal Danish dinner buffet with 3 different
types of meat, salat, vegetables etc.
21.00 - .... Awards ceremony.
Publication of next years meeting.
Socializing and beer drinking.
Sunday:
08.00 – 13.00 Breakfast Buffet. To be paid for at the campsite.
Breaking up and goodbye. See you next year.

Event registration:
Go to https://cagivaelefantmeetden2026.nemtilmeld.dk for booking of participation of the event, T-shirt and dinner Saturday evening.

Camping reservation:
The campsite have 14 double rooms available, and 2 cabins for up to 5 persons each. Beddings
and towels must be ordered separately.
For booking of rooms or cabins.
Please contact the campsite directly by mail: bb@mccampfyn.dk or telephone +45 25120228
If you wish to stay in tent or camper van, no pre reservation is necessary. It can be done upon
arrival to the campsite at the cost of 140.- dkr / night - (19€)
If you wish to come earlier or stay longer, please arrange with the campsite.
Food and drinks:
Can be bought at the campsite.
Friday evening we will light up the grill and prepare our own food. To be payed for separately.
Saturday evening Dinner: Traditional Danish dinner buffet with 3 different types of meat, salat, vegetables etc.
Saturday and Sunday mornings, there will be a breakfast buffet at the cost of 90.- dkr / day (12€)
